The Honorable Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria was unavoidably absent but sent a representative from his Ministry. There were other top dignitaries at the function, including High Chief (Dr.) JO Imasuen of Havista Hotels Ltd., His Excellency Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, Governor of Kogi State of Nigeria and his deputy, HE Dr. Phillips O. Salawu, the HOFA President Tomi Akingbogun, Mrs. Ohiare, Asst. Financial Secretary of HOFA, Mrs. Alu Dim, Mr. F. Enekebe and all other top executive members of the association. The Guosa-language.tv was was there to capture the moment for the world-wide news report. The Guosa language is the result of natural scientific evolution. It assumes international limelight spreading across Nigeria and other West African countries or the ECOWAS. The Duration and location of the forum was at 4:45pm and end at 9pm at the Silver Spring Civic Center at One Veterans Plaza Silver Spring MD, Montgomery County and moderated by Reporter and Chief of VOA's Swahili service, Mwamoyo Hamza. segments and times included: Road to Washington DC - Congress (US Senator and US House of Representatives), Road to Annapolis A - Governor/Lt. Governor, Road to Annapolis B - Maryland General Assembly (State Senator and State House of Delegates), and Road to Annapolis C - Judges, Circuit Court, Court of Appeal at Large, Court of Appeal. Among the special guests in attendance was Stanley L. Straughter and 19 political candidates from various political parties who presented their agendas.
